Heck, why use the courts, when a cop can become the sidewalk judge and jury, like in this video, and like in mine.
I believe in my deepest core, that had I ‘resisted’ my landlords’ ASSAULT on my rights, my property and my family, under color of law, I would have been beat down and carted off to jail, as a combatant, versus a father protecting his family, his property, and his rights.
While some anti-gun enthusiasts may find it unpalatable, in many states it is not illegal to openly carry a gun while walking down the street. And when stopped and asked about it, one doesn’t have to produce ID to inquiring officials.
So is the case in Michigan. And 18-year-old Sean Combs is educating plenty of people on the issue after a jury sided with him last week following an arrest for carrying his loaded M-1 rifle down Michigan streets and refusing to initially show identification when questioned by police.

A code enforcement officer is caught on surveillance cameras illegally entering a home in an attempt to enforce a local code involving grass growing too high. The enforcement officer was actually a former sheriff’s deputy for a neighboring county who resigned after admitting to stealing a laptop from the evidence locker! Furthermore, he let his own brother BORROW his badge, where the brother used it in a local bar after getting involved in a brawl.
Yet the officer merely went to another county and got another job working for the government, where he broke the rules AGAIN by illegally entering a home.
My qualifications are as described in my curriculum vitae available online at Policeabuse.com.
To summarize, I am a former member of the Hawthorne Police Department, in the State of California, where I was at various times, a police officer, field supervisor, detective and sergeant.
I was specially trained as an undercover investigator by the Los Angeles County Sheriffs office.
As a member of the Hawthorne Police Department, I have performed all the duties of a law enforcement officer including but not limited to street patrol, DUI enforcement and investigation, traffic, detective bureau, and robbery investigations.
SLO County Sheriff’s deputies illegally search the home of Matt Hart and openly discuss how they will get away with it. To date, Matt Hart has not received all of his firearms back from the department, including one that the deputies expressed interest in owning.
This cannot be swept under the rug. Help spread this around to help gain attention so Mr. Hart can push his lawsuit against this blatant violation of his civil rights by those deputies. We cannot allow these people to shred the Constitution just because they feel like it.
