If a normal ‘gang’ of thugs stopped any citizen and threatened them on audio like what happens here, those ‘perps’ could be charged.
Yet these ‘perps in blue’, somehow have all avoided any repercussions.
Sadly, the advent of the phone cameras, just makes us all realize the normalcy of these situations when the gang that does it doesn’t know they are being recorded, and they also know they will probably not be held accountable.
